Forest Conservation Ordinance
* Section 06–It is an offence to burn or set fire to any part of a Conservation Forest.
Section 07– It is an offence to burn or set fire to any part of a Reserved Forest.(Forest Reserve)
* Section 20– It is an offence to burn or set fire to any part of an Other State Forest(Which means,any state land) without permission.Permission is given for Chena (Hena) Cultivation,and the permit holder can set fire to the area only.

Fauna and Flora Protection Ordinance
* Section 06–It is an offence to burn or set fire to any part of a National Reserve(Strict Nature Reserve,National Park,Nature Reseve,Jungle Corridor).
* Section 07–It is an offence to burn or set fire to any part of a Sanctuary.
